Operation Troop Treats is a national Halloween candy exchange benefiting U.S. service members and their families, hosted by local dental.

Here's how it works:

  1. During Halloween season children and families can visit any participating dental office during business hours to exchange their Halloween candy for a toy.
  2. Dental offices collect all the donated Halloween candy.
  3. The candy is ship to U.S. troops stationed overseas in care packages filled with letters of appreciation, food, entertainment, toiletries, handmade items, and other sweet reminders of home.
