About Operation Troop Treats

Operation Troop Treats is the nation's largest dentist-sponsored Halloween candy exchange benefiting U.S. service members and their families. Since 2012, Operation Troop Treats has generated more than 16 tons of donated Halloween candy and sponsored the shipment of over 1,200 care packages to U.S. troops stationed overseas.

From Oct. 27 through Nov. 3, children can visit any participating dental office nationwide and donate their Halloween candy for a toy. The donated candy is packaged along with dental kits and shipped to Operation Gratitude, which sends the candy to U.S. troops stationed overseas.
